I made a surprise birthday order with S&B Wine and Spirits, they were great with the process ,unfortunately the order was not able to reach my friend in Florida because he was never home to sign and receive the order. Sadly, I had to cancel the order because UPS shipped the order back to S&B Wine. I requested a refund to S & B Wine and they came through fast. Thank you for all your help with the order although it was not successful at the end but the entire process you guys were awesome!!

I've gotten two bottles engraved here and they are always accurate, engraved clearly, and efficient in getting them engraved!

Great service and fast shipment

We had a good laugh at the “gift wrapping”. Thought a man must have seen the request and thought “ughhhh”. Definitely not festive, but adequate. And again, we had a good laugh.
